These are water buses that provide connections to Niigata Furusato Village from Minato Pier at the mouth of the Shinano River. There are boarding points at Toki Messe, Bandai Bridge, Bandai City and in front of the prefectural offices.

Pier Bandai is one of the links in getting around the city of Niigata and is a complex facility that was built by renovating a fishing port. Here, you will find a fresh fish market, agricultural produce direct sales shops, restaurants, cafes and food stalls.
